IEEE SBUI works on engineering student activities such as:
  • self development
  • personal skills improvement, such as seminars
  • trainings
  • dicussions about the world of electrical and electronics engineering
  • meetings
  • sharing sessions around the science of electrical and electronics engineering
  • solidarity events to tighten the relationship within the members

The Officer in IEEE SBUI consists of severals divisions:

President
The chief of the student branch. As the student branch’s representative, he is responsible for controlling the work of the student branch.

 

Vice-president
The vice-chief. Working along with the president. Responsible for replacing the absence of the president

 

Secretary
Administrative assistant. Responsible for the maintaining files, operating telephones, typing letters and other clerical functions.

 

IT
Information Technology crew. Take role as a webmaster, organizing and publishing the resources through the internet. Making IT trainings to share computer skills on the members or non-members.

 

HRD
Human Resource Development. A talent developer whose work is to develop the human resource’s skills. Responsible for evaluating each members’ work and making events for augmenting members’ soft skills.

 

Finance
Funding managers. Taking care for the funding of the student branch.

 

Research
Researchers and developers. Share skills on cracking journals, magazines and papers.

 

Program
Program Organizers. Making programs concerning on the activities of the student branch.

 

Networking
Public Relation. Responsible on making networks and relations with organizations, companies, and other institutions. Taking role to introduce the student branch to the communities.
